finance and distribution. Trojan also offers an online design feature
enabling those clients that want to instantly create a desired garment, to

designs are approved sample garments are manufactured for final
assessment and alterations.
Off shelf Trojan has access to 1000's of "Off the shelf" items available
from our extensive network of reliable clothing distributors. Our
experienced personnel can advise and direct our clients on garments that
will best fulfil all requirements.
Manufacturing
Trojan works in collaboration with 20 manufactures in the UK
each selected for their quality, speed, and expertise in a range of garment
manufacture, whether that be Trousers to High performance protective wear.
With
our off shore manufacturers, Trojan are also able to provide
competitive prices as well as high quality goods to its contract clients.
We
have considerable leverage and buying power with our supplier base. This
helps us to offer a competitively priced corporate wear service while
constantly maintaining the high quality of our garments. We source from over
20 countries across 4 continents, supported by our own Policy Statements. We
can confidently offer ethically sound, cost-effective products from
world-class leaders in quality and technical innovation.
Warehouse In which Trojan automatically stocks in excess of 3 months stock
for any contract client and with prior arrangement 1 months stock, of plain
garments, for non-contract clients. Stock is held in both the U.K and
European warehouses, both of which are online and from which stock can be
mutually used to the benefit of maintaining customer service levels. The
type of stock held in each warehouse is dependant upon a profile analysis
that we carry out prior to commencing a stocking programme.
Online
Our global on-line ordering system can be tailored to your
needs. We have implemented a range of e-procurement solutions to meet the
specific requirements of each individual client, whether this be placing
orders using EDI or taking advantage of our own unique web-ordering system.
For example, with our online system, you and any permitted employees can
browse a bespoke, user-friendly electronic catalogue and quickly choose the
items needed. Every order is automatically checked against your allocation
controls and then confirmed instantly by e-mail. Furthermore, the site
allows you to view order history, wearer history and even request Management
information reports.
Courier
City Link or TNT, Trojans courier services were selected from 20
other companies assessed. Their excellent coverage range, reliability,
price, online tracking systems and goods caging facilities, all help to
protect our client's parcels in transit.
Business
continuity The company has a business continuity/disaster
recovery plan which will enable us to continue to service any contract with
no or minimal disruption following any event which interrupts our normal
core business.
Purchasing
cards We accept Visa/MasterCard purchasing cards and are
accredited to level 111.

Control
Our unique tracking system can add a bar code to every single garment.
This gives complete accuracy in order picking, better stock control and
precise allocation details, right down to each individual employee. Coupled
with our sophisticated forecasting technology, this enables us to order the
most appropriate levels of stock at the correct time, so we can fulfil your
orders in the most efficient way. In addition, we can reclaim and try and
recycle garments from any staff that are leaving your company, which can
dramatically reduce your overall spend.
Handover
The
successful running of any contract depends on the successful handover or
start up of the contract. Whatever critical path analysis is done, there
will always be exceptions or unknowns that will arise in taking over a
contract of this size, and it is being able to deal with the abnormal that
is the key not the normal. Planning is our forte and at Trojan we operate a
3 level client structure, namely Corporate, Group and Site. Each level can
have multi locations and multiple numbers of staff. The relevance of this is
that as long as the processes that make up the finishes for each level and
staff member is specified or planned in advance, exceptions can easily be
managed regardless. A demonstration of our operating systems will make this
absolutely self-evident. Setting up processes and finishes is done in
consultation with the relevant client level, and can only be planned once
the products and service levels are agreed.
