We want you to have the right workwear for the right job. The key factor in providing a corporate clothing solution is understanding the environment in which the clothing is used and the tasks of the wearer.
Trojan analyse these factors by shadowing key personnel within the client’s business, gaining first-hand uniform feedback on roles, applications and personal ideas. This helps gain “buy-in” from the individual users as well as helping us make the correct recommendations, which will match all the clothing needs.
If shadowing is not possible, then we provide a detailed questionnaire helping us extract the information we need to be able to provide the right uniform solution.
With our years of experience within the corporate clothing industry, we can take this information and apply it to the correct products whether that is an “off the shelf” solution, bespoke or new concept products.
Design & Development
Trojan designs part or full uniform ranges, taking into consideration: - Branding, Styles, Application, Certification, Budget, Environmental issues, Design innovation and Technology developments.
Step 1: Working in partnership with our clients to understand the applications of the workwear and applying this knowledge to the designs.
Step 2: Developing design flats, to give a graphic representation of clothing concepts and to use as a development discussion point.
Step 3: Research and development - we are continuously seeking to develop new workwear products and fabrics, which better meet our client’s requirements and have achieved industry firsts, such as a fire retardant soft shell jacket we produced for British Gas.
Step 4: To produce samples for analysis, adaptation and trial, working with garment accreditation organisations such as Satra, when there is a Health and Safety requirement.
Production & Supply
Trojan is a one-stop shop for uniforms, supplying “off the shelf” workwear and bespoke manufacture or a combination of both.
Sourcing from “off the shelf” workwear suppliers as well as manufacturing bespoke garments, Trojan supplies everything from the skin layer to outer extreme weather garments.
At our Birmingham head office Trojan operates a stock forecasting facility powered by industry leading software which, combined with our extensive industry experience, ensures high service quality with reduced cost and time liability to clients.

Corporate Responsible procurement (CR) plays a key role in how we source our garment production. For this reason we make our sourcing route transparent to our contract managed clients. We work with organisations who help facilitate the implementation of our CR guidelines within our supply chain, as well as carrying out regular audits.

Delivery
Clients can chose if they want to receive their corporate clothing individually packed ready for issue by themselves, or to have them as a “man pack”
So what is a Man Pack?
We put together each person’s uniform order, in their own bag or box, with their full name labelled on the front. This helps with speed of issue on receipt of goods and stops confusion with “who gets what?”
Personalised information can also be included in the pack, comprising: catalogue, returns form and bag. We realise that every company is different in its needs so man packs can either be delivered in bulk to your premises or can be individually sent to the base or home of each employee.
