Relationship
Trojan’s aim is to work with you as a corporate clothing partner rather than just a simple supplier. We have a wealth of experience not just in the design and manufacture of clothing, but also in the wider areas of stock control, ordering, warehousing, embroidery, sizing etc.
We want you to have a range of workwear of which you and your employees are proud, but more than that to save time and money in the entire implementation of the programme from beginning to end.
Initially we will work very closely with you to build an effective and lasting relationship which we hope will be the sound basis of a long term business liaison.
As the programme rolls out we will continue to work closely with you at all times to ensure smooth and reliable progress. And then we will be there to work with you and your employees in developing the answer to future needs.
Understanding needs
So that we can provide you with garments which exactly meet your specification, quality and price requirements we need to have a very thorough understanding of your specific workwear needs.
Every company is different and frequently different sets of employees will be working in entirely different environments. Perhaps special safety factors and Health and Safety regulations need to be taken into account.
We want you to have the right workwear clothing for the right job. The key factor in providing a garment solution is understanding the environment in which the clothing is used and the tasks of the wearer.
Trojan analyse these factors by shadowing key personnel within the client’s business, gaining first-hand feedback on roles, applications and personal ideas. This helps gain “buy-in” from the individual users as well as helping us make the correct recommendations, which will match all the business needs.
If shadowing is not possible, then we provide a detailed questionnaire helping us extract the information we need to be able to provide the right solution.
Solution
With our years of experience within the corporate workwear industry, we can take our research information and your aspirations and source a full range of solutions. Many factors will be taken into account such branding, technical needs, safety factors, environment and of course budget.
Some items may be off the shelf items and others will need to be bespoke. Some may require totally new material specification and we have experience in pushing the technical boundaries to make this possible.
We will present to you initially flat images and then once approved in principle move onto samples and then final product. At every stage we will want you and your employees to be fully happy with what they are seeing and wearing.
Adaptation
Once a corporate clothing look and style has been agreed upon for your company and the clothing acquired, there will often then be fresh needs required for adapting particular styles or types of clothing for other purposes.
This can often be carried out very rapidly and inexpensively using our experience and knowledge of workwear and what can be achieved. Corporate styles can be carried over onto other clothing items. Or current items can be modified to meet new needs.
In some cases it may even be possible to carry out special additional embroidered branding on items held in stock.
So in short we will work with you to adapt items to any new requirements in the fastest and most efficient way possible.
Care & Review
We see our role with your company not as a supplier who delivers goods and then disappears, but as a long term partnership. As such we will want to work with you in reviewing the items that have been supplied and understanding and identifying any needs there may be for modification and evolution of items.
We normally recommend meetings with a select group of representative employees and key personnel where we can fully explore views on workwear items and explore ways of making them even better.
This is an opportunity not just for product development but also to make your employees feel fully involved in the uniforms they are wearing for work each day.
Implementation
Once we have your final approval we will then move into the next phase of the project – the procurement and preparation of selected items. The timescale of this sector will depend on a number of factors such as the nature of the items.
Off the shelf embroidered clothing can often be obtained quite quickly, while bespoke items will normally be manufactured abroad and will take time in manufacture and delivery.
While the manufacturing process is proceeding we will work with you in organizing the vital needs of measurements and fitting so that we can move into delivery of items as soon as they are in our warehouses.
If required we will also prepare the necessary corporate clothing catalogue individual to your company.
